Susan's home was located in Victoria Park, an area of Ft. Lauderdale where a lot of developers and builders are buying older homes like Susan's and leveling them to build million-dollar homes. Other realtors that she hired were saying they could get her $600K for her home but in the end, those Realtors were only bringing builders who were offering around $400K. Susan decided to part ways with other Realtors and this is when she met Eddy from Team Sua.
