We take a look at the Palm Beach County housing market in our Market Update for the Sua Team! There are 2,104 "Just Listed", 6,420 "Active" listings, and 1,540 homes that are "Under Contract"! This means that only 23.9% of homes are under contract, giving the buyer plenty of inventory to choose from!

In October of 2019, there were a total of 1,369 homes sold in Palm Beach County. The number of sold homes went down from October of 2018 at a rate of 6.2% and the median time to contract is 54 days. The Med time to contract has increased from 2018, meaning that homes are selling at a slower rate. 

Our supply is 4.5 months which is considered a balanced market, meaning that there is enough demand from buyers to equal the supplies from sellers. But we are seeing that we are slowly moving into a seller's market.
