We take a look at the Broward County housing market in our Market Update for the Sua Team! There are 1,882 "Just Listed", 5,652" Active" listings, and 1,728 homes that are "Under Contract"! This means that only 30.5% of homes are under contract, giving the buyer plenty of inventory to choose from!
In June of 2019, there were a total of 1,464 homes sold in Broward County. The number of sold homes went down from June of 2018 at a rate of 11.2% and the median time to sale is 83 days. The average med time to sale has increased from 2018, meaning that homes are selling at a slower rate.
Our supply is 4.3 months which is considered a balanced market, meaning that there is enough demand from buyers to equal the supplies from sellers. But we are seeing that we are slowly moving into a buyers market.
