We take a look at the Palm Beach County housing market in our Market Update for the Sua Team! There are 1,873 "Just Listed", 6,494"Active" listings, and 1,720 homes that are "Under Contract"! This means that only 26.5% of homes are under contract, giving the buyer plenty of inventory to choose from!

In July of 2019, there were a total of 1,775 homes sold in Palm Beach County. The number of sold homes went up from July of 2018 at a rate of 15.7% and the median time to contract is 49 days. The Med time to contract has increased from 2018, meaning that homes are selling at a slower rate. 

Our supply is 4.5 months which is considered a balanced market, meaning that there is enough demand from buyers to equal the supplies from sellers. But we are seeing that we are slowly moving into a seller's market.
