We take a look at the Palm Beach County housing market in our first Market Update for the Sua Team and of 2019! There are 1,482 "Just Listed", 7,344 "Active" listings, and 1,059 that are "Under Contract"! This means that only 14.4% of homes are under contract, giving the buyer plenty of inventory to choose from!

In December of 2018, there were a total of 1,229 homes sold in Palm Beach County. The number of sold homes went down from December of 2017 at a rate of 11.4% and the average DOM (days on market) is 53 days. The average DOM has decreased from 2017, meaning that homes are selling faster. Good news for sellers!

Our supply is 5.1 months which is considered a balanced market, meaning that there is enough demand from buyers to equal the supplies from sellers.
