We take a look at the Palm Beach County housing market in our Market Update for the Sua Team! There are 2,087 "Just Listed", 7,515" Active" listings, that's 444 fewer listings compared to March, and 2,087 homes that are "Under Contract"! This means that only 27.7% of homes are under contract, giving the buyer plenty of inventory to choose from!

In April of 2019, there were a total of 1,714 homes sold in Palm Beach County. The number of sold homes went up from April of 2018 at a rate of 1.4% and the average DOM (days on market) is 55 days. The average DOM has increased from 2018, meaning that homes are selling at a slower rate. 

Our supply is 5.3 months which is considered a balanced market, meaning that there is enough demand from buyers to equal the supplies from sellers. But we are seeing that we are slowly moving into a buyers market.
