Marketing is very important for sellers, marketing will help your home reach a larger audience.
4. How will you communicate with me?
Communication is very important, it is crucial that you can reach your real estate agent when you need them. Will you have access to email, text, face to face appointments, and phone calls?
5. What kind of services do you provide to sellers?
Some real estate agents provide extra services such as professional photography and home staging, these services can help get your home sold faster!
6. Do you work alone or as part of a team?
Meet the team! Get to know everyone on the team, know what they do and how it will ultimately help you get your home sold!
